Soundcore Note 3i Volume Issues After 3 Months – Extremely Low Sound

Hello, I purchased the Soundcore Note 3i three months ago, and until recently, it was working fine. However, both earbuds suddenly started producing extremely low sound, even though they never came into contact with water or were exposed to any damage.

I spent a significant amount of money on these earbuds, expecting high-quality performance, but now they are barely usable. For a premium-priced product, this is completely unacceptable.

I need a solution or replacement immediately. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Soundcore, I expect a proper response and action to fix this problem as soon as possible. I refuse to have wasted my money on faulty earbuds!
