Anker Soundcore Life NC Battery Dies Quickly, Replacement Denied

I purchased the Anker Soundcore Life NC headphones on December 4, 2024, at 3:51 PM, and the battery is already defective. Despite fully charging the headphones in their case, they only lasted 1 hour at 70% volume with ANC enabled.

I placed them back in the case to recharge, and while the headphones reached a full charge, the case's battery was completely drained after just two charges. I returned to the store, expecting a replacement for this faulty product, but I was told it would need to be sent for servicing instead.

I find it unacceptable that I have to send a brand-new product to service without being able to use it properly. I demand a replacement immediately. Anker needs to address this issue promptly.
