Anker Soundcore Q20i Headphone Slider Broke—Unreasonable Repair Cost

I own an Anker Soundcore Q20i, and the plastic on the adjustable slider that surrounds the head broke. This is clearly a quality issue, so I sent it in for repair under warranty, expecting a reasonable resolution. Instead, I was told the repair would cost ₺1400, which is nearly the price of buying a brand-new unit!

I received no response to my emails, and customer service offered no assistance. The headphones were simply returned to me without any solution. I’ve always trusted Anker for its quality and own several of their products, but this experience is extremely disappointing. I request immediate contact and support to resolve this matter fairly and without excessive charges.
