Anker Damaged My Soundcore Headset and Asked for an Exchange Fee
Since I bought my Anker Soundcore headset on Trendyol, I have been using it for 5-6 times while keeping it in its box. Despite this, a crack chronically appeared in the L part. When I contacted the seller, I was told to reach out to Anker, who then directed me to the service center (virtually). I sent my headset to the service center with everything in the box under warranty. About a month later, I received my headset back, and to my shock, it was completely split in half, as if it had been intentionally damaged. Along with the returned product, I found a notice offering an exchange for ₺3000, which I was asked to pay as an "exchange fee." This does not comply with consumer rights, and my grievance has not been resolved. All of the above reflects my experience as a user and consumer.
