I Received My Anker Soundcore Q45 Headphones Back Damaged and Unrepaired Under Warranty

On July 5, 2025, I purchased a pair of Anker Soundcore Life Q45 Bluetooth headphones (Product Code: A3040) from MediaMarkt at Istanbul Maltepe Piazza AVM. Within less than a month, a structural crack developed on one of the headphone arms during normal use. After checking online, I saw that this is a common manufacturing defect, frequently reported by other users as well.
I returned the product in perfect condition, with its original box, to the same store’s customer service and requested a repair, replacement, or refund under warranty.
But what followed was a complete nightmare:
About 20 days later, I received an email saying the product had arrived at the store.
I traveled all the way from Gayrettepe to Maltepe only to be told the product wasn’t there and that the email was sent by mistake.
Ten days later, I received another email. I returned once again, and this time, they did have the product.
However, it had not been repaired or replaced. They told me it was considered out of warranty and they had tried to reach me only by phone, even though all previous communication was via email. I received no call, no voicemail, and no written explanation.
Worst of all, the headphones were returned to me with scratches, in worse condition than I delivered them, and the original box was damaged.
Despite this clearly being a design flaw, and although the item is still under warranty, no action has been taken to fix the issue. I've lost time, money, and confidence in both MediaMarkt and Anker.
I urgently request:
A free repair, replacement, or full refund under warranty.
Compensation for the damaged packaging and scratches caused during handling.
A transparent and documented written communication process moving forward.
I have attached photos of the damaged product, service forms, delivery slips, and all related documents. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly.
