Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro Issues—Poor Service, No Support
I purchased the Anker Soundcore Liberty 3 Pro TWS Bluetooth 5.2 earbuds, but issues started appearing within a short time. I sent them to Sanal İletişim (the service center) for repair, but their response was absurd: "The black product was actively tested. If you clean the earbuds properly, the sound level will improve."
I had shipped the earbuds in their original packaging, fully protected, yet they were returned without the charging case in a simple plastic shipping bag, with visible scratches. I provided photos of the damaged packaging, yet no action was taken. I originally requested a replacement, but they ignored my request.
I reluctantly continued using the earbuds, but their performance kept declining, and eventually, battery life became a major issue. I submitted another service request, but the first ticket was closed without even providing me with a shipping code. My second request, Reference ID: 89092, was submitted on November 14, 2024, and I still haven't received a response.
To make things worse, customer service does not connect to a live agent—it automatically redirects to Hepsiburada, which refuses to act unless the service center takes action. My warranty expires in December, meaning I have only gotten 8 months of proper use before constant failures.
Anker, your customer service and repair process are unacceptable! Fix my issue immediately or replace my earbuds! Has anyone else dealt with this? I regret buying this product!
