Anker Soundcore Life Q35 Headband Cracked After Minimal Use

I purchased the Anker Soundcore Life Q35 BT (model A3027) headphones just 10 months ago. Despite using them only around 30 times, the headband cracked and broke on its own. Before contacting customer service, I checked online reviews and saw similar complaints dismissed as "user error." Still, I reached out via their WhatsApp support, and unsurprisingly, they labeled it as my fault.
Even when I offered to pay for a replacement part, I was told they don’t provide part replacements. Instead, they suggested a trade-in option for ₺3,250, which is almost the cost of a new pair. This brand clearly has an issue with the durability of its plastic components, as this is a common problem.
Why should I pay more than the current market price for a replacement? The headphones seem like a disposable product at this point. I’m deeply disappointed and will no longer trust this brand. If you’re considering buying Anker headphones, be aware of these issues.
