Wi-Fi Extender from Amazon Listed as Delivered Making Repurchase Costly

purchased a Wi-Fi extender from Amazon, and delivery status shows delivered, I didn't get it. the delivery was supposed to be done within 48 hours through the AGT courier company, at least that's what they told me. However, it has been more than 60 hours, no sign of the package. reaching out to the courier company again, they haven't responded. While they suggest a refund, I bought the item at a discounted price, and hourly rates for such products can vary in Turkey. they also know that if they leave it like this I'm at a disadvantage due to a courier company's negligence. If the package wasn't marked as delivered, there wouldn't be an issue. This is the first time I've encountered such a situation, and it has led to a loss of trust in Amazon's services. I'm hesitant to make future purchases with them.
