I needed assistance with a problem I was having logging into my Amazon account, so I contacted customer service. In spite of providing correct answers to all security questions, I was still unable to access my account and was given no further assistance by the customer service team. The fact that my account is still active and being charged after my request to have it closed is a further annoyance.
