Samsonite Move Bag Color Changed Unexpectedly

On May 14, 2025, I purchased a Samsonite SKP0-079 Move bag in Powder from your Izmir Optimum store. Within a short period of time, the body of the bag developed noticeable discoloration. In addition, another Samsonite bag of a different model that I purchased as a gift for a friend on the same date developed a similar discoloration issue on the body.

Believing that the problem could be related to a manufacturing defect, I sent the bag to you for inspection. Today, I received a response stating that the problem was caused by “user error.” However, I genuinely do not understand how a bag with such obvious discoloration could be considered a case of user error. Furthermore, the fact that two different Samsonite bags developed similar discoloration within a short period makes me believe that the issue may be related to the products rather than how they were used.

I request that the product be inspected again, this time through a detailed and objective evaluation, and that I be provided with a replacement or refund if appropriate. Otherwise, I would like to make it clear that I will not choose Samsonite again and will share my dissatisfaction across relevant platforms.
