Even though I requested a refund, Amazon has still not processed the item I received that was incorrect. Instead of the drill bit set I had ordered, I got a book, so I sent it back right away. Even though I sent the item back on December 12, I still haven't gotten my money back as of today, December 25. The return process takes 15 days.
