My Philips Airfryer Order Lost After Amazon Account Deletion

I bought a Philips Airfryer from Amazon.com.tr, but my account got deleted just one day after the purchase. It has been 20 days and I have yet to receive the product. Amazon has been consistently unhelpful for the past 15 days, despite numerous calls. I ended up purchasing the identical product from a different supplier. Amazon's account specialists were able to access my account and verify the purchase, but unfortunately, they were unable to provide any information about the status of the product. I would like a refund, but it appears that there is no one available to help me resolve this matter.
