My Frustration Over Unauthorized Purchase on Amazon Mounts with Delayed Resolution

On the date of 31.10.2023, an unauthorized transaction of 15,500 TL occurred in my Enpara.com account, where a purchase was made on Amazon.com.tr using my Enpara.com card. Despite filing complaints with both Enpara.com and individually with Amazon, the refund for the payment has not been processed yet. I have also engaged in discussions with Amazon's intermediary payment company, Iyzico, regarding the issue, but as of now, a resolution remains elusive. Despite efforts to address this unauthorized transaction, the delay in refund processing and the lack of a concrete solution are causing considerable frustration and inconvenience.
