Amazon Made an Unauthorized Charge to My Credit Card
On December 25, 2023, an unauthorized transaction of ₺2,748.00 was debited from my Is Bank credit card without my knowledge, consent, and without the confirmation of an SMS code. The transaction was made in the name of Amazon Turkey, under the reference "Istanbul TR." It's important to note that I do not have an Amazon Turkey account, and this transaction was carried out without my awareness or approval. In response to this incident, I have already taken the precaution of canceling my card.
I request the necessary steps be taken to refund the unauthorized transaction amount promptly.
