Missing Items In Amazon Order – Refund Promised But Never Issued

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with Amazon’s handling of a serious issue involving an international order made through Amazon US. On 15 May 2026, I purchased 6 Victorinox Minichamp Alox units from Amazon US under order number 112-4216564-8567400 and had them delivered to an address in the United States. When the package arrived, it contained 6 small individual boxes, some of which were still factory sealed, so I did not immediately open each box. Two days later, when I finally opened all of them to inspect the products, I discovered that I had only received 4 Minichamp Alox units, despite having paid for 6. I immediately contacted Amazon customer support via chat and explained the situation in detail. The associate clearly informed me that I would receive a refund for the 2 missing items, and I have screenshots of the conversation confirming that the refund would be processed. Despite this clear commitment, no refund has been issued to date. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating. On multiple occasions, support agents abruptly ended the chat while I was still typing or before I had the opportunity to respond, which I find very disrespectful and unprofessional, especially considering that this is an obvious fulfillment error. Later, on 24 May, I spoke with a superior associate named Donna, who said that an investigation would be opened, but since then I have received no update or resolution from Amazon. I have always considered Amazon a trustworthy company precisely because of its customer service, but this situation has been deeply disappointing. I am simply asking for a fair solution to an error that is clearly not my fault and that has already been acknowledged by your own support team in writing. I kindly request that Amazon honor what was expressly promised in the chat conversations and immediately issue the refund for the 2 missing Victorinox Minichamp Alox units from order 112-4216564-8567400. I have kept all chat screenshots as evidence and am ready to provide them upon request.
