I am writing regarding multiple doll orders I placed on Amazon from my account registered in Columbus, GA. On May 1, 2026, at around 1:00 a.m., I ordered a total of three dolls in separate orders. However, so far I have received only one doll, while the other dolls have not arrived. I have been trying to contact Amazon customer service about the missing items, but the phone line keeps being busy, and I have not been able to reach anyone or get support. Because of this, I am still waiting for a solution. For the dolls that I did not receive, I am requesting a refund of approximately $400 in total, or for Amazon to ensure that the missing dolls are delivered to me as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could review my orders and resolve this issue promptly.
