Hey there, The headphones I purchased from Amazon arrived with an empty box, containing only the charging cable. I returned the product, but now I'm having ongoing issues with getting a refund. They're saying that the product they got back is missing some parts. What's the process for returning a product that never made it to me? It feels as if they're making fun of me. I want my money back.
