Hello, I bought 6 music records from Amazon.com.tr on June 27. The products were caught in customs. I didn't think they would be caught in customs because I bought them from the com.tr extension. My products were in customs and I realized that they were in customs because a long time had passed. So I started the return process to return the products. More than 1 year has passed; the products are still in customs after the refund process. These details are not visible on the page. Since these stages are not visible, I was asked for details such as product images, receipts, etc., but I cannot access these documents because the documents such as receipts were in the cargo and the cargo never reached me. Moreover, Amazon.com.tr can easily access this information from its own system. Why is it required from me? I do not know what to do about my victimization.
