Furious with Amazon! Defective Pet Dispenser, Failed Return Pickup, & Terrible Service!
Despite the fact that I set up the water dispenser for my pet in the manner depicted in the photographs, there is no water flow coming from the faucet. I ordered the water dispenser from Amazon. Despite the fact that I started the process of returning the item, and they assured me that they would come to pick it up within five to seven business days, no one has indeed arrived to collect it. The bad return policy that Amazon provides is something that has astonished me. This situation cannot be fixed by the customer service staff; could you please allow this matter to be settled immediately? I am appreciative of your assistance.
