For Weeks, Amazon Shipping Partner Won't Deliver My Parcel
The toy I bought for my child's birthday through Amazon Turkey came to Turkey in 7 days after France-Germany-Dutch. It was delivered to the cargo company in Turkey on July 21, 2023, but it could not be delivered to the address I specified until July 27. On July 27, I changed the address and from that day until August 04, the package still could not be delivered by the company I am still informed that delivery can take place within 2 business days and this information is not certain. The package arriving from abroad in 1 week cannot be delivered in Turkey even though it has been over 2 weeks. I think that a quality platform like Amazon should reconsider its cargo partner preferences. I am tired of telling my child that it will come today and tomorrow, and my daughter is crying and unhappy. And I will go and buy toys from the store just so she won't be unhappy.
