Amazon TCL 65P735 TV Order Delayed and Uncertain


On July 16, 2023, I ordered a TCL 65P735 TV from Amazon. Initially, they claimed the item was in stock and promised delivery on Tuesday, July 25th. It was never delivered, and the delivery date was pushed back to August 1st, a week later. Despite numerous conversations with customer service, the item has yet to be shipped, despite representatives assuring me that there are 16 units in stock and that I should not be concerned. They keep making excuses such as "just wait." On July 28, 2023, they claimed the delay was due to my purchasing the item at a discount, and they suggested canceling the order and placing a new one at a higher price to ensure delivery. This unconvincing approach increased my frustration. I demand that my ordered item be delivered, and this experience has caused me to reconsider using Amazon.



Hi Burak, ı am having the same problem. They still haven't sent the Sony TV ı bought on 17 July. Right now the price of the TV has gone up, so ı don't want to cancel my order. I will apply to the Consumer Arbitration Committee and you can make a complaint and if ve work together, ve can overcome the problems. I hope your problem will be solved as soon as possible.
