Amazon Promised a Refund for My TCL TV Price Difference but Did Not Pay
I purchased a 50-inch TCL TV from Amazon. Since a pixel defect was detected, a service report was issued, and I returned... the TV. Later, I contacted Amazon customer service, stating that I wanted to reorder the same product, but I noticed that the price had increased, which put me at a disadvantage.
