Please Help Me Get My Umingle Account Unbanned for Free

I have an account on the Umingle website (https://umingle.com) and I access it via Chrome. On the night of 31 October 2026 my account was suddenly banned while I was using the site, even though I did not do anything inappropriate at that time. When I tried to log in again, I saw a warning on the screen saying “You are banned”, with the reason shown as “Explicit messages”. I believe this ban is unfair and does not reflect my actual behaviour on the platform. On the same screen I am also offered an “Instant Unban” option for Rp39,900, which makes me feel like I am being forced to pay in order to use my account again. I request that my Umingle account be reviewed in detail, including my message history, and that the ban be removed without any payment if no real violation is found. I also ask to be clearly informed about the reason and evidence for this ban, and for the “Instant Unban” payment request to be cancelled in my case.
