I Can't Access My Umingle Account

I am writing to complain about the blocking of my Umingle account on the website. Today my account was suddenly banned and when I tried to log in I saw a message stating “You are banned” with the reason “Inappropriate Content”, even though I did not share any inappropriate content. I only use my Umingle account to communicate with other people in a normal way. On the same page, Umingle asks me to pay Rp39,900 for “Instant Unban” and requests my card information. I find it unfair and unsafe that I am asked to make a payment in order to regain access to my account, especially when no clear or detailed explanation is given about what I supposedly did wrong. I request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment requirement and that I be given a clear explanation of why my account was blocked in the first place. I also request that any demand for payment in exchange for unbanning my account be cancelled and that my account be restored as soon as possible.
