Even though my address was entered correctly, the Amazon product that I ordered (with the order number 405-6234203-1261900) was still not delivered to me by AGT Courier, a company that Amazon uses despite its less-than-stellar reputation. When the courier reached out to me they claimed they couldn't find my address and so they were unable to deliver my package. This excuse seemed fishy since I know I had provided the correct address information. After some investigation, it became clear that this courier had simply fabricated an excuse for why they could not complete my delivery instead of admitting fault or facing any kind of consequence for their negligence. This entire episode has been extremely unfortunate as Amazon is no longer carrying this particular item which means I have no way of obtaining it without reordering from another supplier and paying full price again. What's more, is that I am now stuck with a charge for something that never even made it to me in the first place. This is outrageous and completely unacceptable! I demand an immediate refund of the product with no additional inconvenience on my part other than having wasted precious time and effort chasing after them.
