My product, which I bought as a gift for my wife from Amazon TR at the beginning of the week, arrived today. However, they packaged my product in such a ridiculous way that they sent it in a box with a newspaper-like paper in exchange for the gift package amount they received from me. While I was embarrassed in front of my wife, I wanted to buy her a gift with a note that I carefully wrote in my busy time, and Amazon TR victimized me in this regard. During my conversation with Ms. Duru, the customer representative, she offered to close the issue by refunding the gift package fee of 14 TL and mentioned that this gift option was a developing practice. What is here is not what I paid for. It is me being victimized against my wife. I want them to resolve my grievance on this issue, I don't care how they do it! If you have a problem, you will not put that tab there, you will not make people wait. I will write wherever necessary, but I will return the product completely. I see this as disrespect.
