Amazon Sold Me a Defective Stanley Thermos and Cargo Company Won't Pick It Up
I bought a Stanley thermos from Amazon Turkey, sold directly by Amazon Turkey, but it arrived defective. I promptly requested a replacement, and for a week now, I’ve been waiting for Kolay Gelsin Cargo Company to collect the defective item from my address, but my attempts to resolve the issue with them have gone nowhere. Every day I contact them, and each time they assure me it will be picked up, yet no action has been taken. Due to this delay, I now see that the thermos is out of stock on Amazon, and I feel let down by this handling of my case. As a long-time Amazon customer, I will cancel my Prime membership and stop using Amazon unless a solution is provided and Kolay Gelsin’s service is reevaluated.
