Amazon Tea Debacle, Wrong Product, Damages, and Surprise Shipping Charges

Firstly, the tea I ordered was not the same as what I selected and also arrived in a damaged condition. Although Amazon promptly processed the refund for the purchase, there were still some inconveniences. I was instructed to return the faulty items using PTT Kargo, and I learned that I would bear the shipping cost. This further compounded the situation, as it was your company's error that resulted in the return in the first place. The tracking number provided for the return indicated that I had to personally handle the receipt of the shipment. This appears to be an additional responsibility for the customer, particularly when the responsibility lies with the seller.
