Amazon Refused My Cancellation Request for Lipton Tea and Made It Non-Returnable
One of the products I bought from Amazon with several orders (Lipton Earl Grey Tea Bag 25, 50G) was sent to me even though I canceled it instantly within the stated cancellation period of 30 minutes. They did not let me use my cancellation right. I wanted to return it, it says it is not eligible for return. They forced me to sell the product that is not eligible for return. Customer service was not helpful either. I complain about this despotism of Amazon, which upsets the customer, by not letting me use my cancellation right. Therefore, I created a return request for all returnable products I purchased within 15 days.
