Amazon Doesn't Send My Products, Doesn't Answer My Messages

On 27 March 2023, I ordered 2 pieces of Seagate Portable Amazon Special Edition, 2 TB, Portable External Hard Drive from amazon.com.tr, whose seller appears to be Amazon us. Although 15 days have passed since the products that were supposed to be delivered on 13 April 2023, they have still not been delivered. The system shows that the cargo was given to Aramex on 28 March 2023, but when I contacted Aramex, I was told that the products delivered to them were taken back by Amazon. I have written messages to the Amazon us seller many times, but they doesn't respond and doesn't send my products, but sells the same products on the site at 2 times the price now. I have contacted amazon.com.tr many times, I asked them to send the products. Instead of sending the products, they say let's refund your money. I stated that I want my products to be sent, not a refund, but they do not produce a solution. I paid for months ago to be sent to me urgently.
