Amazon Greenote Vacuum Cleaner Came With Dust Bin and The Telescopic Tube Broken

I bought it in July 2023. Today, the place where the dust bin and the telescopic tube meet was broken. I contacted Amazon, they said that they could not provide exchange or service support, they could only get a refund. But it is not clear whether I will get my money back or not. Such nonsense cannot happen. The product has a 3-year warranty and is available in Turkey. There is only one official in Istanbul that I can talk to. Should I just throw away the 3 thousand I paid for it? Can't anyone be reached? I even sent several messages to the seller. Shame on you. If it is broken, you will either give me a new one or send the broken part. Why? why did i buy this
