Amazon Sent Only Coat with Mud Stains All Over It

On December 11, 2023, I ordered an orange coat of the Only brand for my wife from the Amazon Turkey shopping site. My order was delivered on December 13. The coat came in white color, not orange. Also, there were mud-like stains on the coat. I immediately took photos and called customer services. They told me that the coat is not in stock and we will refund your money. I ordered the orange color while it was in stock. How can you send me the white color and send it back with defects and stains? You are completely wrong.
