Amazon Canceled My Order Without Notifying Me in Advance
Order Date: April 10, 2025 | Order No: 406-1072246-8491524. My order was canceled by Amazon without any prior notification. I wasn't informed in any way, and as a result, I couldn’t receive the product I needed and ended up facing difficulties. I had specifically planned around the delivery date, and this unexpected cancellation disrupted my entire schedule. I checked my email and account multiple times thinking there was a mistake, but there was no explanation or warning. There was no option to reorder the item either, as it was out of stock shortly after. When a cancellation is made unilaterally and at the last minute without even notifying the customer, how can I trust this site for future purchases?
Amazon never sent me the product. Now they sent me an email. It looks like the product reached me and I returned it First they unilaterally cancelled my order, now they are acting as if I returned the product They are clearly lying
