I wasn't informed in any way, and as a result, I couldn’t receive the product I needed and ended up facing difficulties. I had specifically planned around the delivery date, and this unexpected cancellation disrupted my entire schedule. I checked my email and account multiple times thinking there was a mistake, but there was no explanation or warning. There was no option to reorder the item either, as it was out of stock shortly after. When a cancellation is made unilaterally and at the last minute without even notifying the customer, how can I trust this site for future purchases?
