Amazon Sent Me a Damaged MSI RTX 4060 Ti and Refuses to Refund the Money

All protective films had been removed. The caps on the HDMI and DisplayPort connections were missing. There was a foreign metal object inside the product. This situation has caused me significant distress. Initially, a customer service representative named C*** clearly stated that Amazon would cover the price difference once the stock became available. However, just two days later, a female representative told me that this was not possible. This conflicting information indicates a severe lack of professionalism on Amazon's part. Therefore, I demand an immediate refund of ₺26,639.00, which is the price listed on your site. If this issue is not resolved, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board and pursuing legal action. I intend to exercise my rights to the fullest extent.
