Amazon Sent Me a Vitamin Product with a Near-Expiration Date

I ordered a vitamin product (Coenzyme Q10) from Amazon, but Amazon sent me a product with a near-expiration date. When I received the product, I was shocked to see how little time remained before it expired. Considering that supplements are meant to be used over a period of time, this was highly disappointing. I requested an exchange for a new one, but Amazon rejected my request, stating that the product is "non-refundable or non-exchangeable." I reached out to customer service, hoping for a reasonable solution, but my request was still denied. This is unacceptable, as I expected better service from such a reputable platform.
