Amazon Sent Me a Used and Damaged Book

The book I ordered from Amazon with tracking number ZF471672, titled "Gör Beni," arrived today, but it was used and in poor condition. This is a truly depressing situation. It is unacceptable for a company like Amazon to ship used products that have not been thoroughly inspected. I'm going to file a complaint against Amazon. I was looking forward to my new book, but instead got a battered one that had clearly been handled before. This is a disappointing experience for me as a loyal customer. When products are delivered to customers, Amazon should ensure that they are in brand-new condition. I hope this problem is resolved quickly so that I can enjoy my book without interruption.
