CVwizard Unauthorized Payment, I Did Not Authorize You To Take My Rent Money

I am writing regarding an amount of R300 that was deducted from my account on 13/02/2026 by Cvwizard, reflected with the reference “CVwizard jbMrGcba Amsterdam NL”. I did not sign up for any subscription that costs this amount, and this charge is unauthorized from my side. Previously, I only paid R19.99 to use your service, and I later cancelled my subscription. Despite this cancellation, I was still charged R300, which I only noticed now when checking my bank transactions. After seeing this, I sent an email to your customer support, but so far, I have not received any response. I request that this R300 be fully refunded as soon as possible and that any active subscription linked to my details be permanently cancelled. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that no further unauthorized deductions will be made from my account.
