Swarovski Fails to Deliver Necklace by Promised Date

On February 9, I placed an online order with Swarovski for a necklace. At the time of purchase, it was guaranteed that the product would be delivered no later than February 14. However, as of today, the item has still not been delivered to me. This delay has caused me inconvenience, especially since the necklace was intended as a time-sensitive gift.
I paid for order number 10TR00000133635 by credit card. On the day I placed the order, I noticed that you were working with the courier company Kolay Gelsin, and I even sent an email expressing my concern that there could be delivery issues based on past experiences with that company.
Since the promised delivery date has passed and I still have not received the product, I am requesting that the necklace in my order be delivered to me urgently. If delivery cannot be completed immediately, I request a full refund of the amount I paid.
