Amazon Sent a Different Coffee Machine Than My Order

I ordered a coffee machine from Amazon, but they only sent the most basic model. I requested an exchange as usual but to no avail. When I checked the price of the product on their website, it had risen. I ordered it on the first and received it on the third. Due to the increased price, they sent the incorrect product and processed a return. It's a shame that Amazon, a company in need of nothing, is causing people pain. I recommend that everyone exercise caution when shopping on Amazon. If you do decide to buy from them, stick to small items like toothpaste or hair accessories to avoid becoming a victim. They should be ashamed.
