Amazon Sells Out Of Stock Products, No Restocking for Days

Although it has been 13 days since I bought the product from Amazon, it is still out of stock, they say we will let you know when it is in stock. However, no information has been provided yet. When I talked to customer service on the first day, they said it would not take more than 1 week to replenish the stock. However, it has been 13 days and still no sound. They say we can cancel it if you wish, but the prices have increased since the day I bought it. I'm waiting for a response regarding this.
