Regarding the email I received on April 23rd, the system identified me as a seller when I am actually a customer. When I called to address this, you acknowledged the error. However, as of today, April 26th, the issue remains unresolved.

I ordered the Samsung Galaxy A54 5G 8/256 GB from a seller on Amazon. Despite being a customer, your system mistakenly identified me as a seller, causing a hindrance to my shopping experience. The urgency for this phone is paramount, yet the customer service representatives I spoke to merely pass the responsibility back to you. Your supposed expert team promised to follow up, but unfortunately, there has been no proactive action from your end. This negligence is not only inconveniencing me but also reflecting poorly on your service.

I am at my wit's end. Please provide an urgent resolution. It is disappointing to experience such incompetence from Amazon, a company I have been a loyal customer to for years.

My order numbers are 407-1398952-2713925 and 407-0438944-3425968. I request compensation for the inconvenience caused. I have also repeatedly sought clarification regarding stock, sellers, and price changes, yet I have been told to wait for your expert team, which has yet to respond. I need your support.

As a longtime customer, I am bewildered by this unprecedented issue. I placed my first order earlier today. When it was automatically canceled, I assumed it was a momentary glitch and placed a second order, which was also canceled. This led me to open a support ticket. I only needed one unit. I am a customer, not a seller. The situation is truly baffling to me.

I wish to continue shopping on Amazon, but I need clarification on this matter. Even your own customer service representative acknowledged a technical error. They mentioned encountering this issue frequently but couldn't pinpoint the exact cause. Recordings of these conversations can verify my claims.

Why are you causing me such distress? I am on the verge of canceling my order altogether. If this mistake was made due to my attempt to purchase the product, then let it be so, and I will proceed accordingly.

Your customer service representatives now seem hesitant to assist me, fearing repercussions. Their voices tremble as they speak to me, and they quickly end the call whenever I mention a complaint against the site.
