Amazon Delaying Providing the IMEI Number of Samsung Galaxy A34 I Bought

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A34 mobile phone from Amazon on November 13, 2023. The invoice was generated on November 14, 2023, and upon inspection, I noticed that the IMEI information was missing. To benefit from the tax-free discount for mobile phones, it is necessary to have the IMEI information on the invoice. I reached out to Amazon for assistance, and they assured me that they would correct this within 72 hours. Unfortunately, no amendment was made during this period. Amazon's own website states, 'IMEI number will be in the 'Type of Goods/Services' section of the invoice for invoices created after December 3, 2020. This applies only to products sold and shipped by Amazon.com.tr.' As of November 23, 2023, no correction has been made. I hope for a prompt resolution to this inadequate and customer-disadvantaging process. Otherwise, I will pursue my rights through legal channels.
