Amazon Delayed Shipping My Samsung A17 Phone Without Any Tracking Information
I purchased a Samsung A17 mobile phone through Amazon.com. Although I placed the order on May 5, more than 7–8 days have passed and the product still has not been shipped. In addition, no tracking number or shipping information has been shared with me.
When I attempted to cancel the order because of the long delay, I was informed that the cancellation could not currently be processed, meaning my payment continues to remain held in the system while I am left without the product or a clear solution.
I also contacted Amazon customer service regarding this issue. However, instead of offering a concrete resolution, they only apologized and failed to provide any clear explanation or meaningful action. The phone still has not been shipped, and no progress appears to have been made.
I request that my order be shipped immediately and that the tracking number be shared with me without further delay. I also expect Amazon to properly address the lack of communication and transparency surrounding this order and to manage the process in a clear, professional, and customer-focused manner.
