Amazon Did Not Send My Computer Invoice Despite Multiple Calls and Messages

On February 22, 2025, I bought a computer with the order number 406-4281356-4560324 on the Amazon website. Although I paid the VAT, I called them four times and sent multiple messages, but they still have not sent my invoice or solved my problem. Without the invoice, I cannot complete my warranty registration or claim any potential tax deductions. I expected better customer service from a global brand like Amazon, but my experience has been nothing but frustration. Despite being a long-time customer, I feel ignored and unvalued. Please think twice before purchasing a product from this website. I have had the same problem before.
