Amazon Refund for Returned Euhomy Ice Maker Still Missing After Weeks

I purchased a black portable Euhomy nugget ice maker with a handle through the Amazon website under order number 113-4661335-5802611. I later returned the product, and I was informed that the refund of $201.50 was sent back to my Amazon account on May 22, 2026. However, as of today, this refund has still not appeared in my account. Because of this, I am left without the product and without my money, and I find the situation very frustrating. I have already filed a claim regarding the missing refund, but I have not received any response or explanation so far. I kindly request that my refund of $201.50 be processed immediately to my account and that I be informed in writing of the action taken regarding this issue.
