Amazon Has Not Refunded My $266 for an Undelivered Refrigerator Order
I ordered a refrigerator/freezer from Amazon.com and paid $266.00 on May 14, using my debit card linked to my checking account. The item was never delivered, so I cancelled the order. When I spoke with an Amazon representative, I was told that my refund was in progress and that it would be returned within 5–7 days. It has now been 8 days since I was told the refund was in progress, and the $266.00 has still not been returned to my checking account. I have tried to reach a live customer service representative again, but have not been able to get through. I also have not received any email or message in my Amazon account confirming that the refund has been initiated or processed. I am requesting that Amazon immediately complete and confirm the refund of $266.00 for the undelivered refrigerator/freezer to my checking account linked to my debit card, and provide clear information on the status of this refund.
