Amazon Delayed My Package After I Changed the Address Nearby
I ordered a package with tracking number SA1035675 through Amazon Türkiye using 'Kolay Gelsin' delivery, scheduled to arrive at my home on 11.01.2025. I received a message stating the package would be delivered to my address by 22:00. Later, I received a call saying it would be delivered within 30 minutes. In a chat with the 'Kolay Gelsin' WhatsApp bot, I learned that a delivery could be postponed by 1 day for district changes and 3 days for city changes. I requested a delivery address change to a location 20 meters away on the same street. Afterward, I received a message stating the package would now arrive 2 days later. Despite their claim of arriving in 30 minutes, they might have already been near my location when I made the change. Neither the Amazon Türkiye customer service representative nor 'Kolay Gelsin' was helpful.
