"Hello, as of 16.07.2025 the product was delivered. Most likely, the delay happened during the initial shipping stage. Also, the fact that deliveries are only made two days a week to the address in Tarsus city center (across from the museum, next to PTT, with workplace photos attached, in the city center) contributed to this issue. Because I opened a support ticket, the delivery, which normally happens on Tuesdays and Fridays, was made on Wednesday. Thank you."
