Amazon Prime Delays Shipments

I'm experiencing frustrating delays and uncertainties with my recent Amazon Prime orders that were supposed to be delivered by Yanwen shipping. I've decided to cancel the initial order, while the status of the second one remains uncertain. I'm unsure whether it will be delivered or not. My recent orders with Amazon Prime have been consistently plagued by this issue, causing quite a bit of inconvenience. Why should I even bother being a Prime subscriber if I have to deal with these frustrating issues? Please put an end to this absurdity immediately.
