General Mobile GM 24 Pro Phone Missing After Delivery Notification on Amazon

On November 11, 2023, I bought a General Mobile GM 24 Pro cell phone from Amazon.com. AGT Cargo sent me a delivery confirmation on November 14, 2023, saying that the phone had been delivered, but I still haven't received the package. Even though I've tried several times to get in touch with AGT Courier's customer service, I haven't heard back. They keep saying, "We've looked into it and will get back to you soon," but they never do. They've been bothering me for days. I bought something from Amazon because I thought it was a big company, but now I wish I hadn't.it's been days of stress.
